  Crest attic was begun along with my partner in Nashik, where we handled few Small scale projects of Interior and architectural planning. Initially we got our hands of 1bhk flat, living room, cafe interiors and 4 Unit Row house Project. We had good team spirit to carry out our works on time. Mostly used Auto-cad for initial level planning and sketchup for 3D modelling and explorations and rendered with V-ray. Payed site visits, managed all agencies involved in the work, made necessary changes at given circumstances on site. For our first architectural construction project, we did all the planning layouts according UDCPR norms on Auto-cad with FSI calculations applied. Prepared Municipal drawings, Working Drawings, MEP drawings, Brochures and presentation drawings. For exteriors, explored on Sketchup and V-ray for massing and colour combinations. Payed site visits for the all the stages of construction of the Project, made required changes & modifications depending upon the site's situations. Last but not the least did all the finial finishes selections according to the finalized 3D model, which turned out to be an amazing structure. Show less
