Had a chance to work with Tuya as part of rhythm of the business project within Microsoft Finance and Operations. She is a passionate and experienced professional in business IT and program management. It was a pleasure working with her in various capacities: as a client, a customer and a business partner!

I worked with Tuya at Microsoft on a few product launches for the OEM Embedded Business. The first launch is significant for me as the experience solidified my confidence in Tuya’s capabilities and ability to manage a product launch, but more importantly to let me appreciate Tuya as a person and someone I am happy to call a friend. Tuya was assigned to the launch without having prior knowledge of our embedded offerings. Although she had the experience and ability to simply manage the launch, she also had the wisdom to know that she could add more value if she truly understood the OEM Embedded Business. She had the confidence to admit what she didn’t know and the courage and intelligence to ask appropriate questions to quickly learn this new business and understand the technicalities of complex product launches. Tuya also had the people skills to manage different personalities and conflicting agendas during our meetings and was always able to motivate the team under the same goal. In addition to her hard skills and capabilities it was Tuya's people skills that truly impressed me and allows me to unconditionally recommend Tuya to any organization.
