      I am responsible for the marketing for KOMPAN Finland's organisation so my work includes the whole process from the strategic planning and budgeting of KOMPAN Finland's marketing to the practical implementation of the marketing measures, optimisation and reporting. I work very closely with the KOMPAN Group's global marketing team and implement the campaigns, launches and content coming from the Group to suit the Finnish organisation and market which includes also translation tasks from English to Finnish. I work closely with the local sales when I plan the local marketing activities such as campaigns, sales materials and local trade fairs and webinars. I am also responsible for KOMPAN Finland's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and I work with ClickDimensions (part of Microsoft CRM system) that is used to send out newsletters and to plan marketing automation flows. I'm the administrator of the CMS system and responsible for maintaining the kompan.fi website. The work is very independent, but supported by both the Group Marketing department and marketing colleagues around the world.
