  Responsible for leading the Implementation of three-year successive strengthening grants supported by American Cancer Society (ACS) at Cancer Charity Foundation. The grant partnership was focused on improving Cancer Charity Foundation's role in providing patient support services to cancer patients in Uganda. Cancer Charity Foundation(CCF) is non-profit organization located in Uganda that offers patient support services. Over the years of CCF has been able to acquire the Haven Hostel which offers free accommodation for those patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy but permanently reside 20KMs from Kampala. Here, the patients have been able to have a peaceful and desirable environment during this traumatic time. Since 2008, CCF has helped over 700 patients and their caretakers, providing them the much needed support in their battle against cancer.During the grant years, ACS extended capacity development training to all staff of CCF in financial management, Board governance, program management, resource mobilization, human resource management, relations and donor management.
