I had the pleasure of working with Tushar for two years a key collaborator on Salesforce training. He supported the Learning and Development team at Ocorian by sharing his extensive knowledge of Salesforce and upskilling the team in key areas of the system. Tushar worked closely with the whole team to ensure we were aware of any updates and could implement this in our training whilst also making himself available to join training sessions to share his expertise when necessary. Tushar was always availble to review and feedback on training materials for our internal Learning Management system and was instrumental in linking our resources directly in Salesforce to the benefit of all users. Tushar is a great communicator and can break complex ideas and processess into accessible terms. He is a great team player and provided invaluable guidance and support to me during the time we worked together.
