  I managed production and packaging department in local based firm which manufactured precision quality bearing sleeves and bearings. they are leading manufacturers in India for the same and compete with brands like NBC and SKF. There the firm was concerned to be a never ending process, thus they made all possible steps to enhance and improve the quality of the products from time to time. In order to ensure the quality of the products, they manufacture the range in compliance with international standards. Me as a quality controller:- -conducted stringent quality test at different stages of production. -The parameter on which the range is inspected (involves durability, accuracy, strength and design). -Team is my backbone of the organization. -The entire team was trained from time to time to tackle the challenges ranging from easiest to the toughest ones. And I participated in all the learning sections of the firm Since the inception, was main motto to attain the maximum level of satisfaction of the clients. -I have garnered a strong client network, through our supreme quality products.
