Work included construction of surcharge (landfill) for solid waste from the treatment plant, installation of 500 feet of 24 inch reinforced concrete pipe from surcharge to the treatment plant, 400 feet of 8 inch perforated polyethylene pipe under drain collectors and over 300 feet of 24 inch jacked steel pipe.
