I have had the chance to work with Tu on several occasions as a team mate. She is reliable, consistent, and always willing to contribute. Her positive outlook allows her to surmount any challenging assignments that she is given. She always finds a way to deliver and makes it look so easy when doing it. Working with Tu is a pleasant experience because even while you are concentrating on your team's deliverables, she also makes sure that we don't burn ourselves out. In my years of professional experience and managing teams, I found that that is a great thing to have in a team mate -- because it ensures that the team's productivity will be sustainable and its energy will stay positive.
