Bingöl – Avnik is Turkey third largest magnetite iron ore deposit with the highest Fe % grade ➤ Resource & Reserve Development • Statistical data analysis of the deposit by using Micromine functions or Python packages • Developing ore model of the deposit with implicit model functions by using variogram statistics, combination with the mining geologist’s interpretation • Generating resource - reserve estimation of the deposit with the kriging math by using variogram models ➤ Strategic Mine Planning • Open pit optimization, according to the geotechnical and company’s economic – strategic goals • Generating open pit, waste dump, road designs in compliance with geotechnical and geological parameters. • Developing the long mid – term strategic schedule according to company’s strategic plans, cooperating with all relevant departments ➤ Planning Follow - Up • Ensuring mining is planned - executed to maximize the recovery of the ore and minimize the mining dilution. • Ensuring all operational mine planning activities are aligned with mine designs and schedule. • Close liaison with other technical staff across site as well as operations and contractor personnel Show less
