      kitchen helper who is working in the skewer section of an Arabic restaurant named swaikhat. My responsibilities include skewering different types of food items for the charcoal grill also performs sanitization duties and everything as instructed by the chefs & section leader. working here with Arabic cuisine is a wholesome experience for me,learning in the best way possible.The best thing here is working with different people from different nations with the same goal.       Namaste! I am a line cook working in Newari cuisine. I specialize in preparing traditional Newari dishes such as Alu tama: curry made of potatoes and bamboo shoots, Hakuchoila: spiced ground meat, broiled, Senla mu: liver, steamed and sautéed, Swanpuka: lungs filled and fried, Bhuttan: fried intestine and other abdominal parts, Mainh: tongue pieces, fried sapumicha: iquid bone narraow encased in leaf tripe bag, Nhyapu: brain especially fried, mee-kwa: fenugreek sprouts & small peas, Kachila: marinted raw minced meat, Qwanti: nine bean soup, Wo: lentil based flatned cake, Chatamari: rice flour crepe, So-laa: battered & fried goat lungs, Yomari: steamed dumpling that consists of an external covering of rice flour with sweet fillings such as chaku and khuwa & many more also i prepared other continental & chinese dishes including different soups, chilly items during my tenure.       As a food production Intern , I undertook the critical responsibility of maintaining high standards of taste, temperature, and preparation of food items.
