  Porsenigama is an event competition of various sports and arts among 20 faculties in UGM. This event was one the most awaited and prestigious for students every year. In this event, I participated in the event division, with the ceremonial sub-division responsible for design concepts for the opening and closing ceremonies. Porsenigama tends to have more symbolization sections, hence needing more support properties. For this reason, I made seven design prototypes in Inventor software to help transfer the ideas to related divisions. In the opening ceremony, I was pointed out as a stage organizer for East Side, responsible for controlling the flow of in-out properties and performers. Furthermore, I had to make "blocking talent" and lead the rehearsal. For the segmented concepts, my teammate and I conducted a breakthrough with made a segment called "Semarak Bara Gema," which contains three sections as one connected series, there Contingent parade, reading of the integrity pact declaration, and the reading of the promises of athletes and artists. Thus, we managed and organized them by making Terms of Reference (ToR) for all faculties. The closing ceremony was less than two months after the opening, so we had to brainstorm and fix the concept for 30 days. Moreover, I was pointed out as a project manager, so I had to ensure that all concept ideas were well executed. Also, I contacted ten potential guest stars and made many memorandum of understanding (MoU) with all performers. Furthermore, together with the equipment division, we discuss with the vendor about everything related and support the performance, for instance, the lighting and sound system. On the closing day, I chaired the whole flow of in-out properties and talents from the Front of House (FoH). Furthermore, I controlled the music transition and visual videotrons at the same time.   Collaboration of Arts and Sports in Lima Empat (COLAPSLE) is a yearly event project held by collaboration between Sport OSIS Division and Arts OSIS Division. There are many kinds of competition such as Futsal, Basket, Volly, Cheerleader, Modern Dance, Ratoeh Jaroe, Band, and Vocal Group. My Responsibilities were designing the main plan event, coordinating among the divisions in it, managing and organizing the whole of committees, and presenting for some sponsorships.
