• Led the project of “Optimisation in Redistribution plan of Dublin bikes” which develops optimisation models for bikes redistribution plan in off-peak hours of Dublinbikes system based on data from dynamic API.• Held a 45-minutes presentation in Break-out session of SAS Forum Ireland 2019 with +50 audiences to share about 1st phase of project which was highly appreciated by several manager-level delegates at the event.• Retrieved geographical data about optimised distances between 110+ bikes stations through OpenStreetMap API and developed main part of optimisation models using Python.• Transformed data, implemented exploratory data analysis using SAS Viya platform.• Developed user-friendly visualisation for the output of model for system manager and driver to monitor the process.• Results of the project help to reduce the number of empty stations/full stations in the system to more than 20% in comparison with pre-optimised scenarios.• The project was selected to be added to SAS Global case study database.
