I have ability to read understand and pass on to team members instructions received from Project Manager, Field Service manager and start work by assigning the immediate tasks to be performed by individual members of work group. Ensure that needed schematics, technical references, materials and resources are readily available and that need stocks and parts are requisitioned. Check work in progress and when completed to ensure conformance to quality guidelines and deadlines. Provide information to Project Manager on status of work, causes of delays and provide problem management to meet suspense and to avoid cost overruns. Effectively work with Project Manager to address new workload, schedules of existing workload and financial management of programs… Schedule work with other team member as well as to avoid schedule slippage…I assist engineering and quality assurance personnel to refine and verify new specifications and new test procedures. I delegate assignments and repairs to lower grade employees as well as train new employees. I maintain required documentation and record correctly and timely manner. Show less
