Succeeded in various cost saving proposals to reduce construction cost due to a very tight budget and contractor went into bankruptcy and undertook the reappointment of a new building company. Other main project includes The Nethersole Hospital, a new 642-bed hospital. Project cost: HK$400M. Responsibilities included carrying out alteration works, signage as well as ironmongery packages which required regular meetings with clients to implement the complex and very specific hospital requirements, preparation of drawings for cost quotation and site coordination, also worked as an on-site resident architect responsible for snagging, inspection to ensure high architectural standard was met before handover of completed works to clients
