It is my pleasure to recommend Taylor Tricarico for employment with your organization. I have worked with Taylor for the past two years on a variety of projects for Open-Xchange, Inc. and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of her work and initiative. Specifically, Taylor has provided team building consultation and training including detailed personality profiling to enable team members to work more collaboratively. This training was well received by the OX team due to Taylor’s extensive preparation before the training and her excellent presentation style during the training. Taylor is a great communicator, making the subject interesting and the audience engaged. On another recent initiative, Taylor project managed the OX review of Louisville as a potential site for the US-based office. She conducted in depth research on why Louisville would be the appropriate site and prepared an excellent, professional presentation that convinced the OX senior leadership that Louisville was the correct choice. Work is now underway to make the Louisville office site a reality for the Open-Xchange organization. In all aspects of my interactions with Taylor, she has been professional, has displayed considerable initiative, has excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and is thoroughly prepared for all meetings and discussions. I recommend Taylor without reservation and feel that she would be a valuable asset to your organization.

Every company should have a Taylor, but few are lucky enough to. She's a person you know you can go to with any tough problem. She understands the implications of any asks. She knows who to talk to to get things done and how to negotiate any politics and egos. She finds a way to positively affect change in any situation. She's never ruffled, and she always keeps her eye on the ultimate goal. She will never utter the words, "That's out of my wheelhouse," or "That's above/below my pay grade." Taylor is a person who gets shit done. As such, Taylor was a natural choice when she was offered and accepted the position of Director of Operations at ServInt, and any company would be lucky to have her.
