      Organizations continue to invest heavily in their cybersecurity programs confident in the false belief that with increased investment comes increased security. Meanwhile, malicious actors continue to have success in breaching corporate environments at an alarming rate. The statistics are not promising and clearly indicate that organizations are losing the battle despite the ever growing investments. How do we pull the needle back? Cyturus believes that quantification of cybersecurity maturity and the associated ROI is not only possible but mandatory for organizations. We begin the process by performing a cyber risk assessment using our Adaptive Risk Model (ARM) methodology to provide visibility into the organizations overall cybersecurity program as it relates to reducing actual business risk. Once a baseline has been established, we develop an organizationally specific road map to systematically focus an organizations cybersecurity efforts and resources on aspects of the program where risks to the business are most prevalent, tracking ongoing progress towards program maturation.
