  I'm involved in the hiring process, which is really a new and interesting field for me.I mentor the new recruits, guiding them into the world of exploratory testing, UAT test cases, Selenium and the world of Agile testing.My main goal is to include the QA persons early in the project lifecycle, in the planning phase so we can help to build a the product the customer needs from the very beginning.

  I started to get to know the world of software testing. Being part of a development team was a great experience. I learned Selenium and Java in parallel, I felt it really challenging. Later I experimented with TestNG and Selenium Grid. And I tried to know everything about the SUT, so I could identify all possible workarounds.
