This recommendation is a bit overdue but better late than never. I have been working with Tsviatko for a long time, but more closely in the last year or so. Tsviatko was one of the Operations Managers at Scopic so as VP of Operations I had insight into Tsviatko's contributions to the company. He is a very smart person and a good problem solver. He is also a very calm person who knows how to react in a given situation and diffuse the tension. Given his project management background, he is also good at organizing both himself and others. He is focused on solving problems and moving on rather than looking for who is responsible or guilty for the problem in the first place. I would highly recommend Tsviatko for any position that requires diligence, out-of-the-box thinking, and a high level of organization.
