  Research focus: Development of CAR-engineered γδT cells for ovarian cancer treatment.1. Design and prepare plasmid 2. Produce lenti- or retro-virus and perform virus transduction of PBMC T and γδT cells.3. Take responsibilities for regular maintenance of tumor cell lines and PBMC T and γδT cells. 4. Use flow cytometry to characterize the cell surface markers.5. Intraperitoneally inject D-Luciferin into NSG mice and monitor their bio-distributions using bioluminescent imaging.6.
