Program Developer and Fundraiser for the Diversiteitsland Foundation (www.diversiteitsland.nl) Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Focusing on promoting positive parenting and raising awareness on the importance of reaching parents in immigrant populations through the development and rewriting of a child & family program on parenting and child maltreatment prevention. This involved concise writing for policy makers and practitioner audiences (non-academic coaches) and writing various materials for the charity’s website. I co-organised a multi-disciplinary conference on reaching immigrant & minority populations in Amsterdam, inviting experts from the field of child protection and youth institutions.
