Travis executes over-the-top events creating grand stages, touching details and a production value that leaves guests reaching for their wallets and talking about the event’s success and organization’s mission for weeks to come. From Hospitality, building a community from construction to wait-list capacity to nonprofits he has shown his ability to smash through goals and exceed expectations. Most importantly he is a consummate professional that leads with heart, integrity and unparalleled creativity. He is a community builder, philanthropist and genuine human being that will continue to leave a lasting legacy on every organization, nonprofit and community he works with.

I met Travis through Valley Leadership Institute, a highly competitive leadership program that brings together Arizona business and community leaders. Since then, I have worked with Travis in various capacities and projects. In all of our interactions Travis is highly engaged, collaborative and is always dedicated to the best possible outcomes. His dynamic and positive attitude makes him a pleasure to work with, but it's his ability to multi-task, think creatively and execute quickly that set him a part from others. I whole heartedly recommend Travis for any leadership, consulting and large scale project management positions. His skillsets are incredibly valuable to any organization and his personality will make your team into a family. Don't pass on an opportunity to bring Travis into your organization!

With a variety of NHRA competition racing licenses under my belt, I don't mind making a little good trouble in worlds fastest motorsport. My roots in racing run deep as the son of the late Funny Car Champion Tripp Shumake and Hall of Famer Susie Shumake. In 2021 I recorded a head turning 319.26 MPH pass in a Nitro Funny Car covering the race track in 3.96 seconds. In 2022 I snagged a top 3 qualifying position, a semi-final finish, and my first "Wally" at the legendary Pomona Fairplex for my tribute livery to my late father. Proud to work along side the Human Rights Campaign, Athlete Ally, and Racing Pride as an Ambassador.
