      The Sinovuyo Teen Project is a parenting program for parents of teenagers. It is a multi-organisational/multi-academic research collaboration between the University of Oxford, The Unviersity of Cape Town, European Research Council, WHO, UNICEF, South African Government (Depts. Social Development, Health and basic Education) as well as local NOG’s. My role is to manage the research and administrative elements of the evidence based social intervention. Duties include: • Recruiting of participants: conducting research collection liaising with partners to recruit 200 participants for the Sinovuyo Teen program • Managing Data: supervising collection, capturing and analysis of data • Finance and accounting: Budgets, and managing the overall finances of the project • Evaluating cultural acceptability and investigating the efficacy of cultural adaptations to the parenting program. • Reporting back to Principal Investigator and University of Oxford based Research Team • Donor Relations and Public Relations: liaising with partners on the ground as well as engaging via web tools with partners abroad. • Human Resources: Hiring and Managing Staff of 12 and Volunteers on the team
