Moreover, I contributed to a harmonious team dynamic by offering conflict resolution counseling and implementing team-building exercises and inclusivity training. I also fostered personal growth among team members through one-on-one counseling, advocating for a "Personal Growth Period" during work hours, and leading by example through kindness and respect.
