  • Created an online seat reservation web-based application for a local church where members can reserve a seat for upcoming church services. • Designed and created the MySQL database that stores members' reservation data, COVID-19 temperature screening data and attendance data. • Integrated a QR code scanner in PHP for members who may, for some reason, have lost their reservation details to enable them to quickly access their reservation details on arrival. • Built a feature where members can sign the COVID-19 temperature screening form (as required by the Department of Health) on their mobile device and store their digital signature in the database. • Implemented a backend feature in PHP where at the click of a button the administrator can generate a PDF of the COVID-19 temperature screening data for a particular service. • Built the frontend UI of the application in HTML, CSS and Javascript.
