       We went to every Afrox Healthcare Hospitals to change their systems to Microsoft 2003.  The systems were changed from fat client to thin client i.e. users in each hospital would no longer use the old network but connect to the terminal server in Afrox Healthcare (head office).  In the process we uninstalled unnecessary applications, update software, service packs, anti-viruses etc.  After connecting the fat client (terminal server) we explained to users why are we implementing it and teach them how to use it.  Some other tasks were:  PC support and maintenance  Software configuration  Installations & Uninstallations  Networking  Troubleshooting  Data capturing  Customer Relations Show less
