- Co-ordinated to improve the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) of the Government. Liaised with the World Bank to ensure that the government ICT is functional and in the COVID-19 and Post COVID-19 era. - Identified gaps that affected the performance of the Ministry and then initiated the 2020/2023 strategic plan for the Ministry which was launched in December 2020. - Reviewed revenue collection avenues for the Ministry and discovered the need to enhance the performance of the Broadcasting sector. - Identified the non-implementation of the skills audit report and initiated mobile training efforts with international assistance from South Africa. The skills audit would enable the Ministry to have a proper analysis of who is fit for which position. - Negotiated with international counterparts through the Science department which deliberated on the COVID-19 remedy efforts.
