Tanya is the most ambitious person I know. She always sets high goals for herself and is always sure to achieve them. She is always keeping busy and is involved in so many amazing organizations and has rightfully held many leadership roles. She is an amazing leader who is always willing to be a mentor to anyone she encounters. Tanya is one of the first people I met at USF and she was such a wealth of knowledge and I loved that she quickly became a great friend who is always willing to help in any way she can. She is kind, fun, colorful, and full of contagious positive and optimistic energy. Everyone loves her because she is smart, driven, a team player, and a great leader. I have seen how her positive energy fills every room she steps into and she is sure to brighten everyone's day. I enjoyed working with her in the Marketing Club where she was in-charge of all of our email campaigns and wrote some of the most engaging emails to date for the club. I also worked with Tanya at The Courtney Ball Corporation where she taught me a lot in content creation, and she worked on creating paid AD campaigns, kept up social media calendars, and always brought to the table great marketing advice and strategic plans. I hope that many more people have the opportunity to work with her and see the passion that she has for achieving global impact through her marketing. May 15, 2020 To Whom It May Concern: I would like to recommend Tanya Sanjay for leadership in and completion of the LinkedIn Student Learning Ambassador program on May 15, 2020. As a lead myself for this program, I have become acquainted with Tanya in her various and wide-ranging roles and contributions across the campus of The University of San Francisco. Tanya not only exceeded the expectations of her peers and myself, but placed in the top 5% of those who were successful in this program. In addition to her full-time load at school, Tanya explored the suite of tools offered by LinkedIn and, as needed, took courses on LinkedIn Learning to further develop soft skills. One of the key components of this program is sharing experiences and stories of learning achievement and career readiness. Tanya engaged in several initiatives aimed at bringing awareness to and engagement with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Learning. However, Tanya steered away from merely completing the required tasks and instead challenged herself to create, plan and implement a powerful online presence. Tanya initiated conversations through posts and articles on the LinkedIn feed as well as pursued a series of campaigns that ranged from face-to-face public speaking events to online campaigns that told both the personal and professional journey of attending a higher education institution in pursuit of career goals. As a member of this program, Tanya was a dedicated and excellent contributor. As a participant, she was a diligent, intelligent, committed person who, in every instance, went beyond the minimum requirements of whatever she was asked to do – even helping others along the way. She has excellent management skills, compassionately interacts with students, team members and managers in a professional and friendly manner, and has an exceptional knowledge of all areas of LinkedIn. She is a self- starter, a problem-solver, a team player, a good communicator, and a fair and reasonable person when difficult choices present themselves. She is highly energetic, dedicated, and a good colleague. She is never afraid to seek answers to difficult questions and is ready to apply critical problem-solving skills to any situation— technical, professional, or academic. I am very enthusiastic when it comes to Tanya. She is a passionate person, a professional, and a voice of caring and humor in a constantly changing world.
