#Monitor and coordinate day to day operation of GBI Gold Rated, Silver Rated and Certified buildings which consists of commercial and government buildings. Resulting in building efficiency, reliability and 100% regulatory compliance. #Monitor the energy efficiency of buildings throughout the Building Energy Index (BEI) analysis, carry out energy audit with regards to uncertainty of energy consumption trending. Ensure the BEI is within or lower than design intent. #Coordinate the recertification of GBI buildings and managed to maintain the GBI rating. #Strategize and execute numbers of tender exercise for the appointment of Facilities Management Contractor (FMC) with contract sum up to RM100 million and total of 5 million sq.ft. GBA. #Manage and monitor the performance of FMC, ensuring the deliverance of services according to contract requirement. #Conduct asset conditions appraisal for commercial buildings to maintain income potential while ensuring the building sustainability. #Involve in building audit at government building for refurbishment proposal. #Strategize yearly OPEX and CAPEX for operation activities, monitor the utilization of budget according to the plan. #Lead the development of Quality Management System ISO9001:2015 (QMS) and Facility Management System 1SO41001:2018 (FMS) #Lead the Internal Audit program for QMS & FMS, resulting in no major NCR from Certification Body with regards to internal audit requirements. #Played role as Internal Auditor for Anti-Bribery Management System ISO 37001. #Prepare report for participation in National Energy Awards (NEA) organized by Ministry of Energy & Natural Resources (KeTSA) and managed to be recognized as Merit Award recipient.
