1. Manage Building Services contracts and responsible for the electrical & mechanical systems including certain depot equipment under Civil Work Package Contractors (WPC). 2. Ensure that interfacing amongst different disciplines/contracts to be properly coordinated which consist M&E, Civil & Structure, Architecture and System’s teams include providing solutions on each matter. 3. Evaluate the review and recommendation from Supervising Consultant and supporting department such as QA/QC and SHE for the following submissions prior to commencement of works (Method Statements, Inspection Test Plan, Shop Drawings, Material Approvals and Temporary Works Design). 4. Monitor and ensure site work progress meet Key Dates, including coordination with WPC and Other WPC. 5. Ensure cost control of site works and identify the variation to the contract that involve claims from WPC. 6. Oversee the construction works and testing & commissioning works to completion. 7. Monitor the Contactor’s coordination with the Utilities Providers and the optimization and progress of all utility’s diversion works. 8. Responsible in ensured all safety and health aspect requirements complied during the construction stage till completion. 9. Manage and guide a team of Senior Engineers and Engineers pertaining to site matters. 10. Managing Supervising Consultant (SC) in term of design constructability and progress records. Show less

1. To coordinate relocation of utilities with WPC with Utilities Providers such as Telekom, Maxis, Celcom, TNB, Syabas and etc. 2. Review and comment shop drawing for each related M&E works. 3.
