      With this role I accepted more responsibility of the manufacturing floor and the products that were released to production. I am regularly tasked with process improvement opportunities that range from automating a manual process to creating a fixture to solve a part specific problem. Daily activities include designing solutions in Solidworks as well as reviewing any NPI projects before release to production.
