I would like to thank you, Tryce. Each encounter, was a learning experience for me, often times you would challenge peers as well as professional staff to maintain a competitive standard and enhance the academic and social experience of each student we came in contact with. The encounters with you were both dynamic and encouraging, I would often times depart from your presence still mentally engaged in our interaction. It is because of leaders such as yourself that educational navigators must remain present, stay engaged in institutional agendas, and ensure opportunities are available for all. You give much to everyone you come in contact with, for you I hope you are being developed and challenged to ensure your ceiling is always being elevated. My invocation for you is to continue to learn. As you learn, teach. As you teach, lead. As you lead, leave. Leave behind your experience not only through conversation but through policy and programming. Your experience will be one to unify groups of people that come from very different places and to introduce them to the shared experience. Thanks again, James
