Overall Job Description : - SDM shall take ownership of the customer relationship responsible for ensuring the correct and proper delivery of Customer Support services as specified in the contracted support agreements with Viettel customers. e.g. SLA performance. - The SDM shall be responsible for the financial & commercial performance of delivered customer support services. Ensuring margins are at least maintained or improved whilst delivering SLA fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Whist the SDM is responsible toward the Customer for Support contracted delivery I am dependant upon the Support o rganization to commit and deliver toward the contract. Hence it is essential the SDM works and aligns closely with those parts of the Support organization involved in that delivery. - SDM will provide task Management to the Customer Network Support Engineers (CNS) team and work closely with the Competence Centre’s in this function. - Support pre-sale, service costing for Warranty of all New tender.Application : The role utilization will be dependant upon a number of factors: ○ Customer Support contractual scope. ○ Network complexity. ○ Known/expected activity volumes. ○ Installed base and distribution of the installed base. ○ Complexity and risks of the SLA. Authority : In SDM role, I have the full authority to carry out his area of responsibility delegated from the Customer Unit Head of Local Operations & KAM (or as per the Country organization structure within Customer Unit)Report to : the Customer Unit Head of Local Operations (or as per the Country organization structure within Customer Unit)Interface to : • Customer • Key Account Manager (KAM) • Customer Network Support Teams (CNS) • Customer Operations Manager (COM) • Hardware Support Team • Competence Centre’s • Finance • Regional Customer Support Team • MUS Administrators • Engagement Practice
