  Worked my career up from a casual waitress within Conference and Events in 4 years to become the Department Manager which I remained as for over 20 years. This department was alway my passion , every day is different and there is always something new to learn. I covered all aspects of management from budgeting , revenue control, payrol, purchasing , recruitment and training of both myself and associates . Then you have the Clients whos requirements are vast and varied but the fun was always in delivering 105% of their needs and getting to know them .
