  1. Systems- FSSC 22000 & ISO 9001: Organize and supervise the proper implementation of FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001. Ensure process mapping & description as ISO 900. Coordinate activities regarding FSSC & ISO. 2. HACCP: Lead the HACCP coordination ensuring that HACCP plans are correctly set up and reviewed. Deliver HACCP training as required.
