The research was called the Healthy Lifestyle Project it involved doing assessments for participants who have been diagnosed with a psychotic illness. The aim was to assist them to decrease their drug and alcohol intake by providing skills for the participant and provide psychoeducation for them to aid in the improvement of their diet and exercise so as to provide them with a better quality of life. Follow-ups were conducted every six months to gauge improvements.
