In this position, I was managed remotely and was required to frequently travel to San Francisco, Albuquerque and Beaverton, Oregon. I enjoyed this position for approximately 2 years. I was promoted to Operations Manager 2 leading the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act compliance team for the Consumer Credit Group. I led a group of 19 - 20 employees and was responsible for compliance with federal regulations regarding the HMDA, working with technical teams on system requirements to insure data integrity for all home equity loan applications across the United States, departmental budgeting/spending, and all employee related actions - hiring, firing, coaching, performance management, engagement, motivation, retention. I left this position due to organizational restructuring and relocation of this particular function within Wells Fargo to another geographic region. I enjoyed this position for approximately 2 years. I transferred to Wells Fargo's Banker Connection Group as a Customer Service Manager 2. I was responsible for leading a call center team of 18-20 team members that provided support to bank branches across the United States. In this position, I coached team members for continuous improvement and professional development, focused heavily on team member engagement and customer service and was also responsible for analyzing call productivity and quality for departmental and business unit continued improvement.
