As an elected official for the city of Andover, our responsibilities are setting the city's direction and strategic plan, being fiscally responsible, and high-level oversight of the city functions. While our council is excellent at this, without the team in place we have in the city, it wouldn't be where it is today. And today, it's the best city to live in, with the best school system, and the highest quality of life, in Kansas.
