Bio
Kenny Lin, MD, MPH
I supervised Dr. Russell during his Family Medicine Residency program and found him to be a highly intelligent, motivated, and compassionate physician who had excellent rapport with his colleagues and patients. Since completing the program several years ago, he has launched multiple entrepreneurial ventures designed to improve work-life balance for primary care clinicians and increase the efficiency of health care organizations, particularly those focused on the care of underserved populations. In all of these professional activities, Troy has demonstrated leadership ability and a pioneering spirit, which, combined with his outstanding clinical expertise, will continue to push forward the boundaries of what innovative health care can achieve for patients and populations.

I have worked alongside Troy for a little over a year. He demonstrated effective people and leadership skills while handling our team. His drive and determination were quite contagious. Whenever my teammates had any doubts in our path we always looked to Troy and what he was visualizing. He gave us all the boost needed to believe in ourselves and the project. He also has the ability to grasp new tech ideas quite smoothly. Additionally, I think he is a great guy and has a great family. I would unquestionably recommend him as a part of any team that has great ambitions as well as looking for an amicable but firm team player.
