I've worked with Troy in a professional capacity for several years. In that time, together, we've managed my company's two multi-faceted dealer budgets, in relation to agency spend. Troy has been instrumental in keeping our account "on-task", helping us to develop a successful media strategy, and navigating the channels of agency communication with ease. Not only does Troy understand the "busy"ness of our retail environment, but he excels at adjusting his work accordingly. Whether that means quick turnarounds/deadlines or frequent recap phone calls, he's always at the ready. While Troy also handles other accounts at the agency (in addition to ours), I've never felt like our business takes a back seat. In fact, quite the opposite- I always feel that we have his undivided attention. And when we hang up the phone I have the utmost confidence that the job will be done, well. Troy's honest, no-nonsense, personable approach to account services has made him a great fit for our company's media team within the agency. He has quickly adjusted to the idiosyncrasies of our account. He isn't afraid to (rightfully) challenge some of our less-than-wonderful ideas and staunchly support the crazy, off-the-wall proposals. He works well with everyone on our account, and for us he has made the agency process as seamless as possible. He's hard-working, dedicated, detail-oriented, and reliable.
