  When I first started at Joe Fortes I would spend the whole day tending to a dishwashers responsibilities. Anywhere from cleaning plates, or taking out garbage's I was your man. After some time and a lot of hard work I was given employee of the month in May and was then promoted to a cook. Life as a cook has it's disadvantages but was always rewarding and fun overall I don't think there's a better place to start out if you're looking for a career in the culinary field.
