  Responsibilities: I perform multiple tests, including melt index testing, density testing, and gel testing by blown film extrusion and cast film extrusion as well as color analysis by spectrophotometer. I ensure delivery of outstanding unit catalyst support for the Polymer process units, while utilizing in-depth experience to coordinate and ensure seamless execution of pilot plant operations. I interact and establish strong collaboration with various chemical engineers to prepare and conduct a detailed analysis of catalyst preparations, including prepolymerization. I execute various key tasks, including all facets of polymer analysis and wet chemical analysis to maintain optimal quality control for multiple process grades. I implement and assist in multiple investigations and experimentation along with efficiently planning, establishing, and undertaking controlled experiments and trials. I perform various key tasks such as compiling, preparing, and coordinating additive testing, including FTIR, Xray, and DSC analysis. Key Accomplishments: • Gained in-depth knowledge and experience in catalyst research and development with multiple training in ensuring utilization of 2L and 5L reactor systems, glove box operation, titrations, and catalyst preparation. • Acquired extensive experience in executing multiple lab activities with high density Polyethylene, linear low-density Polyethylene, low-density Polyethylene, and Polypropylene. • Provided exceptional support to the company in discontinuing payment of patent fees by producing catalysts as a key part of the team. • Contributed to training and certification of multiple technicians by acting as an OJT coordinator. • Played an integral role in project implementation related to recommendation and execution of procedures aimed at reducing company’s environmental impact Show less
