For the three years I managed Courtesy Chevrolet, It was the top volume Chevy store in Northern California. Courtesy also excelled in customer satisfaction always obtaining the quarterly SFE and EBE incentives. We put an express lane in service that resulted in over 20% yearly increases in CP RO counts. We held quarterly Volt and Spark clinics that resulted in recognition in the national Chevrolet " HERO" magazine . We built a " Guest Services department where every touch point employee in the dealership was a member of and empowered to " Go over the top" to exceed customers expectations. We installed a used car bucket pricing system that resulted in .90 to 1 used to new ratio and reduced aged used to zero over 60 days

Hired as a Regional Manager, I would open new dealerships, get them up and running place a manager in and oversee the operations. I opened San Leandro CDJR after 9 month and the dealership running smooth and profitable I opened FIAT of Fremont. FIAT was an easier lift and was up running and profitable in 60 days. During the time I was opening these two stores California Superstores acquired Courtesy Chevrolet in San Jose. Soon after the acquisition the dealership was coming apart. All the management left and it was starting to lose money. I was asked to go and oversee that store as well. It was going to be such a "heavy lift" I asked to stay and only run Courtesy. The first month under my management it was top volume and profitable
