I've been fortunate enough to have worked with Troy over the last five years. Fortunate is a really apt word to describe how I feel when I reflect upon the time we worked together. It's fair to say that Troy impressed me from our first meeting with his attention to detail, his ability to see the bigger picture and, most importantly his great approach to building lasting partnerships. Troy acted as a key partner for Spigit and latterly Planview through his role in innovation and employee engagement with AT&T. The program he ran remains one of the best executed employee engagement programs I've seen in my decade working in innovation. Candid and honest in his feedback, it was truly a delight to be able to work alongside him. Throughout our time working together Troy did a great job at conveying his requirements in a meaningful and effective way. Reflecting upon the many conversations we had over the years, it's clear that Troy achieved the successes he did by being laser focused on delivering value. He's a finisher, a 'do-er', somebody that goes the extra mile to get the job done. I think that's one of the best things you can say about a fellow professional and in Troy's case his mentality really shines through. I feel grateful to have worked close enough with Troy to have learned a lot from him. The way in which he manages stakeholder relationships and approaches problem solving are two things I've observed Troy handle with absolute ease and I might add, in some of the most challenging environments I've observed. He's a top professional with all the attributes to match. I'm thankful for our time working together and proud of what was achieved.
