Troy’s ability to blend institutional knowledge with his technical proficiency and cordial demeanor is what will propel him to achieve high success in his career. Troy’s ability to explain data trends and institutional knowledge to people who have limited exposure to data is outstanding. Working with Troy on a few projects over the last few years has always been a pleasure and his institutional knowledge is becoming an endangered species on our campus.

Based on the time I spent with Troy as a student at SUNY Plattsburgh, he was one of the brightest and hardest working students I had the privilege of spending time with. He is a highly intelligent and motivated individual, who truly put the effort into his studies that was required for success in academics.
