Troy is an amazing person and pleasant to work with. I had much stress and worry with other real estate companies prior to meeting Mr. Critchfield I noticed when it got tough others would drop the ball and give no hope or answers. Mr. Critchfield went past the call of duty if you will on several occasions in effort to make things happen. I have bought and sold 3 homes through him, when there was little hope and we thought it wouldn't work out he put us at ease and walked us through it all, I believe in him and his work. I would only call him for any and all my real estate needs. Bottom line is he really cares about people not just selling or buying a home. Thanks Troy for everything! Shannon Lee 801 347-3300
