We’re an international non-profit organisation that leverages skateboarding to drive positive developmental outcomes for at-risk youth populations. Answering calls from communities in the Global South, we work directly with our beneficiaries to co-create public infrastructure in the form of skatepark-youth centres. Once established, these facilities are actively managed as community hubs, supporting local youth through employment opportunities and a broad suite of educational, recreational and vocational development programmes - where the cultural clout of skateboarding drives engagement and agency.Today we operate skateparks in Peru, Jamaica and Morocco, employ 19 local staff, and weekly reach 315+ beneficiaries through our daily programmes.• Organisational and business development• Partnerships and stakeholder relations • Communications and reportingwww.concretejunglefoundation.org@concretejunglefoundation#concretejunglefoundation
