I have had the pleasure working with Trond for 8 years at Synsam Group Norway, reporting directly to him last 3 years. I was very impressed with his work when he was the marketing director, he has broad knowledge, deep insight and fantastic story telling ability. As my leader and managing director I couldn`t have asked for a better leader. Trond always find time and support you in any way he can. He is constructive, challenging, and inspiring. Trond is fearless about new things and puts lot of effort into everything he does. He always comes well prepared and never does anything halfhearted.
