I have had the pleasure working with Troels for 3 years. At first he was my manger, and as Troels most trusted employee, we together successfully changed the processes I Arriva’s planning department in western Denmark. From November 2014 to January 2016 we were part of the same manager group, where kept a close cooperation using our strengths. Troels with processes, analytics and supporting me in my new role as manager. Me with my experiences within public transportation advanced scheduling and advanced planning systems. I can warmly recommend Troels as person, manager and a very sharp analyst.
