  We deliver AIESEC vision and mission to youth and our stakeholders via brand consistency, purposeful partnerships and external relationships.- Develop and implement external relations strategies to meet AIESEC's goals and objectives.- Lead a team of 15 members and monitor sales and brand amplification performance across 3 different stakeholders: university, media and business partners.- Represent AIESEC in events, meetings, conferences, and other public engagements.

  - Created and implemented branding strategies, training materials and internal educational campaigns - Controlled brand consistency by producing the first-ever auditing system and standardized reports and inspired all branches to apply.- Directed a team of 3 members which resulted in 4 co-branding campaigns, 11 press releases and 7 viral TikTok videos.

  - Built strategies and planned a detailed timeline for the AIESEC recruitment campaign through 5 tactics.- Directed a team of three members which resulted in 280 signs ups, exceeding the target by 20% and awarded the Top 3 best-performing branches.
