An energetic, objective and inspiring Leader. I worked directly under Trivikram for the first 2 years at J.D.Power. I truly respect the way he cares for the team and gives the support at the right time, but we never have the feeling of being micro-managed. He likes to give us the suggestions and ideas but let us free to find our own solutions and chances to deal with the situations ourselves. He usually motivates his members to share knowledge and learn new things out of our job scope to develop our career path. Not only outstanding at directing the team, delegating the tasks, he also can resolve the complex technical issues if required.
